Pic shows: The dog being rescued.nnThis is the heart-warming moment that five friends link hands to rescue an inquisitive puppy from a reservoir.nnThe young dog got too close to the Sayran water reservoir, in the city of Almaty in south-eastern Kazakhstan, and fell in.nnThe frightened dog was struggling to hold its footing in fast-flowing water - only inches from a dangerous weir.nnLuckily it was spotted by a group of friends walking by the reservoir who staged a courageous rescue bid captured by eye-witness Marjana Khadreeva on her smartphone.nnHer video begins with one man bravely wading into the water, grabbing hold of the dog - believed to be a stray - and pulling it to the bank.nnBut he then found that he was unable to get the exhausted animal up the steep concrete sides of the reservoir.nnSo four of his friends linked hands to form a chain reaching from railings at the top of the bank to the waterside.nnAfter a number of attempts, they eventually managed to reach the man holding the dog and quickly pulled them both up the sharp incline to safety.nnMs Khadreeva later uploaded the video to social media and local internet forums where it quickly went viral.nnNetizen zloybek commented: "I wish there were more people like that. All the best to them."nnAnd Saniya added: "Thank God there are still kind people on Earth. Thank you for your bravery.nn"You have great hearts and your parents did a great job raising you. Δεν μπορεί όμως να τον ανεβάσει στον τσιμεντένιο τοίχο, έτσι 4 φίλοι του ενώνουν τα χέρια τους σχηματίζοντας μια ανθρώπινη αλυσίδα και τον ανεβάζουν μετά από μερικές προσπάθειες.
Το βίντεο ανέβηκε στο διαδίκτυο από την Khadreeva και δέχτηκε πολλά θετικά σχόλια για την γενναία πράξη των 5 ανδρών. Το Almaty ήταν η πρωτεύουσα του Καζακστάν μέχρι το 1997 που αντικαταστάθηκε από την Astana.
